Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Minimum downpayment of 50% on all special order items.  Order must be paid in full before any items are picked up.
• Standard shipping time is 2 weeks minimum.  Rush shipping is available for an additional fee.  Additional freight may apply for heavy or oversized items.  Shipping time is contingent on stock availability.
• No returns on custom-built special orders.  No returns on display models or installed fixtures.
• 10 day holding period on orders.  Any items not picked up in that period will be placed in stock and down payment will be forfeited.
• Restocking charge of 30% on all returned special order items.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase in original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt.
• Returned checks are charged $25.00 plus the original amount of the check.
• Fixture repairs are subcontracted labor.  We cannot guarantee a time frame for any repair.
